350w Rf Amplifier using IRF250

Very simple and easy to built 350W MosFet Rf Amplifier. The PA stage consists two push-pull modules, using IRF 250. Each Push pull is rated Po = 175W . They have an "on resistance" of 0.075 Ohms , will dissipate about 210W each. The Rf Amplifier needs 10 w input to produce 350 W from 24V on 80 , 250W on 160 and 40 M
